Fringify (from fringe: outskirts, boundaries) is a platform for experimental art and independent theater. Across various locations in Hamburg, it brings together works that challenge conventions, cross disciplines and explore the margins — aesthetically, politically, socially.

From 3 to 7 June 2026, Fringify will celebrate its 12th edition – with a programme shaped by artistic curiosity and social urgency. Productions from Hamburg’s independent scene meet regional and international guest contributions, creating space for encounter, resistance, and collective reflection.

The selection for the 2026 festival will be made through an open call process.
The call will be published at the end of November 2025, with the jury session taking place in January/February 2026.
