Welcome!
Where spaces contract, resources are withdrawn, and continuities are disrupted, the 12th edition of the Fringify – Independent Arts Festival Hamburg forms a network of relations sustained by exchange, cooperation, and shared modes of working. Artistic processes become legible as forms of connection that persist under precarious conditions without concealing their fragility, opening up new possibilities of coming together.
This is reflected in a strong regional, national, and international program; in collaborations with Hamburg-based festivals such as fluctoplasma, blurred edges, and the International Short Film Festival Hamburg; and in transnational networks developed together with EFFEA and Bridging the Scenes.
