Prefaby is a precisely thought-out and at the same time humble and intimate spectacle. Using complex technologies such as miniature robotics, computer programming, video mapping and 5-channel VR sound, the performance creates a cozy, intimate atmosphere for 7 spectators and one actor. Everything takes place on a retro table – with the help of a few concrete blocks with automatic mechanisms hidden inside. The small stage set is rich in loving details that immerse the audience in a world of fantasy. PREFABY tells a story from a now post-communist prefabricated building that literally unfolds at the audience’s fingertips. There are three apartments, three neighbors, gentle humor – and a dog.
